ARMCHAIR WISDOM
Life is too short, too fragile, to spend it with regrets. Live each day as if it will be your last. Live each moment the same. Love, dance, sing, rejoice, have compassion, be honest, then love dance, sing some more. Collect things you love, listen to great music, share your joy. Tell the ones you love how much they mean to you. You aren't guaranteed another second, another breath.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! to those of you who celebrate it.
I have a big crowd coming in for the holidays. All of my siblings and most of their kids, a girlfriend, and one new niece-in-law will be at my house from Thursday until Sunday. Last count was six couples and six individuals. We've met at my house for almost twenty years now. We have non-stop eating (our big meal on Friday), non-stop telling the same old stories, non-stop laughter. As we've gotten older, we don't stay up all night the first night, trying to catch up all at once, but there will always be someone who stayed up. I'm one who gets physically ill if I try to stay up too late, so I turn in not much later than usual. We eat and drink way too much. I put up my scales for about a month so that I won't swear off of eating. The bonfire at the fire-ring is always burning, turkeys will be fried, deer hams will be smoked, hot dogs and marshmallows will be burned.
We will celebrate One more year, that all of us are alive and well. Mom is 84, Dad 89. Great grand kids run around the place between my house and my Mom and Dad's place. There will always be someone driving to Wal-Mart for one thing or another. We have a great time, I'm always so tired by Sunday that I'm glad it's over for one more year, but Thankful we had the time together.
I hope that everyone has a wonderful holiday. If you aren't from here in the states, be thankful anyhow, for your health and your family and friends. We are all blessed.
Now, sit back, grab a cola or a cup of coffee, and look at the various art from Shadow Deviants' Club. After looking, please go to the individual artists and leave them a message about their work. Tell them that Linda sent you!
